Fantastic hat but DHL Sucks(Again)
I absolutely love the hat but DHL charged me $31 for shipping then charged me another $31 for brokerage and tax and handling. This now brought the shipping to more than the price of the hat. Next time I’ll go on Goorin’s website. The main problem with express shipping is too many hands touch the item and the coat goes up exponentially. DHL can be good with the land shipping option!! Not everybody wants their new hat that quickly! Also, the pricing came up as Canadian Dollars, which is why I bought from you. I thought you were in Canada. You need a huge sign stating your are in Germany or Spain or wherever you are!! So cap nice. Ship gouging shite!!
